Qualified candidates for Programmer are responsible for using their knowledge of programming languages to design software programs. Duties range from coding and testing software to ensure functionality, to updating software programs to refine functionality, and meeting with stakeholders to determine software requirements.


  • Refining requirements to translate them into functional specs
  • Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, secure, and reliable code
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
  • Develop unit tests
  • Participate in peer code review and code refactoring as part of development process
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Progressive development experience, focused on data-oriented business applications
  • Solid understanding with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns
  • Experience in front end frameworks like Angular, Aurelia or React
  • Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery
  • Strong experience with C#, Visual Studio, and MS toolsets
  • Experience with Internet Information Services (IIS) 7.0 or higher
  • Experience with Visual Studios 2017 or higher
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent English-language oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills


  • Minimum high school education with 3+ years of progressive development experience in the workplace
    • BS degree in software/technical based field preferred
    • Accredited degree/certificate program course work can be substituted for workplace experience
  • Experience with JAVA preferred (not required)
  • Experience with ETL frameworks preferred (not required)
